Training blends calisthenics, functional strength, and mobility Strength with Confidence. I finish my Yoga Teacher training in 2018 and have had the pleasure to teach many the foundations of Hatha Yoga and meditation. My passion for wellness and fitness grew as I explored resistance training. In 2022 I pushed my body and mind to another level to compete in a bikini bodybuilding show in April 2023.
While it was a great experience, I didn't find body building to be enjoyable and sustainable enough for me long term, so I then focused on fun skills, functional strength and performance largely influenced by the world of calisthenics. I became a calisthenics coach at the end of 2023. With the knowledge I've gained I'm now on a mission to help others find fitness that is an enjoyable part of life and makes their body actually feel stronger, more mobile and energized. And like all changes we make, I understand it ultimately takes an internal shift and a holistic view of wellness to create more than just another short-term challenge that leaves you burnt out. We don't need to force ourselves to become a stronger, healthier and reach our goals, with the right development of meaning, desire, knowledge and understanding the shift happens naturally.
