Happy New Year Bushido Family!

Wishing all our members, families, and friends a joyful, safe, and prosperous New Year. As we step into another year together, we want to thank you for being part of the Bushido Judo Canley Vale journey — your commitment, support, and spirit truly make our club special.

Judo is more than a sport; it’s a journey of discipline, resilience, respect, and growth. We encourage all our families and friends to continue supporting one another as we walk this path together. Next year, we especially encourage parents to get involved alongside their children — participate, learn, and share the experience with them during our sessions.
Your involvement makes a huge difference in their confidence and development.

📅 Reminder: Kids classes will recommence on the first Tuesday of Term 1, when school officially starts.
Until then, enjoy this special time with your loved ones, rest well, and recharge. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the mats as we move forward together into 2026 with renewed energy and purpose.

🎄 Season’s Greetings from Bushido Judo Canley Vale 🎄

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we have achieved together as a club. This year has been filled with growth, learning, and resilience—none of which would have been possible without the incredible support of our parents, volunteers, and dedicated families. Thank you for your time, commitment, and belief in our judoka and our club.

Yes, we faced some challenging moments along the way, but together we stood strong, overcame the obstacles, and conquered them as one team. That spirit of perseverance is the heart of Bushido Judo.

Please note that kids’ classes will be closed during the school holidays. Classes will resume on the first Tuesday of the commencement of Term 1. We truly value your ongoing commitment and your judo learning journey with us.

Once again, we wish you all a safe and wonderful holiday spent with family and friends. Enjoy the joy of Christmas and celebrate the New Year with happiness, rest, and good health.

On behalf if bushido Judo Canley Vale. A big thank you to all the volunteers who came out to support the Working Bee last Sunday at Bushido Judo Canley Vale! 🙌 Your time, effort, and dedication helped us accomplish a great amount of work—we’re getting closer to returning back to our dojo!

With the school holidays now upon us, we’ll be taking a short break for the next two weeks. We’ll keep everyone updated, but please pencil in Saturday 20th July for our next Working Bee as we continue moving forward together.

We truly appreciate our members and judo family who continue to support the club—it means a lot. Let’s keep pushing forward to bring our dojo back to life!

A huge shout-out to everyone who came out and supported our Bushido Judo Club Canley Vale Working Bee!

Your hard work, team spirit, and dedication brought us one big step closer to returning to training in our home dojo. 💪🥋 Special thanks to those who stayed for most of the day — you know who you are — we are so grateful for your time and effort.

We’d also like to extend a massive thank you to Dulux Paint for generously donating buckets of WeatherShield paint. Your support means a lot to our club and our mission!

🚧 There’s still more work to be done, and we’re almost there! Our next Working Bee is planned for Saturday, 29th June, from 9AM till the afternoon.

If you're available and can lend a hand, we warmly invite all members and supporters to come along and be part of this great effort.

🇦🇺 Australia Day Special Guest 27.01.25 🇦🇺

The members of the Bushido Judo Canley Vale Dojo was grateful to have Sensei Mungutuya Tumur-Ochir share her knowledge and experience as a Judoka. Alongside Sensei Ahmed, our members gave it our all despite the hot weather. Thank you for those that participated in this class, especially those from UTS Judo or Zenbu. Keep up the good work 🔥!

Great opportunity to support the local film makers of Fairfield and be a part of the film industry. No experience necessary.

Start 9am (even though it appear 8am)

Bring your judogi and something comfortable to wear afterwards.

🥇🥈🥉 Bushido Judo Community Series 4 🔥

The Bushido Judo Club had some of our members participate in the Judo NSW Community Series 4 held at the Blacktown Leisure Centre. Congratulations to all those that pushed themselves to get onto the mat and test their skills! Keep it up and let's get some more members out there!
