We offer 2 free intro sessions plus 20% discount on training fees for your first 3 months. Sifu David Crook commenced his Martial Arts training in 1963 and established a school in Canberra in 1969. He holds rank in the Japanese arts up to 3rd Degree Black Belt and in Kung Fu to 8th Degree Black Belt. He has been featured in Australian and International Martial arts publications on numerous occasio

ns and is renowned for his innovative approach to teaching effective self defence tactics. With a background teaching close quarter combat in the military and police defensive tactics at the Federal Police College, he believes that Martial arts need to be more than a fancy demonstration activity - they need to work in serious situations! He served for many years as National Vice President of Australia's governing body for Chinese Martial Arts.
