The Bucs field one of the NFC’s most dangerous offenses. Elite veteran targets. Explosive rookies. Top-tier pass protection. If Irving holds up across a full season, this group can finish top 6 in scoring.

💥 Defensive Line – B+
Logan Hall (B-) – 6 sacks, flashes inside. Inconsistent vs the run.
Vita Vea (A-) – 7 sacks. Dominant nose tackle. Disrupts everything.
Calijah Kancey (B) – 8 sacks. Elite get-off, but weak vs power run.
Yaya Diaby (B+) – 6 sacks. Explosive EDGE, ascending talent.

This front is top-tier in pass rush. Diaby, Vea, and Kancey can create havoc on early downs. But Reddick’s fall-off and safety play limit the back end. Corner play is improving, but still not lockdown.
📊 OVERALL TEAM GRADE: B+
This isn’t just a team riding one good season — it’s a fully retooled roster with playoff firepower.
The offense is playoff-ready now. Baker’s confidence is peaking. He has weapons everywhere: a true WR1 in Evans, a deep supporting cast, and one of the league’s best pass-blocking lines. Rookie Bucky Irving gives them a real run threat.
The defense is high-ceiling but volatile. The front can win games alone, but the DBs need to step up for this group to truly be elite.
If the rookies hit and the safety group stabilizes, Tampa can absolutely win the NFC South and push deep into January.
