Congratulations Piper Stephens 👍🏐
Incredible things just keep coming for some magpies.
A huge congratulations to the following magpie Piper Stephens on her outstanding selection for Australian U17’s Squad.
Piper will proudly represent Australia at AIS in Canberra from 6th - 10th July, where she will join the nations most talented young netballers for an elite development camp.
Her selection follows an exceptional performance at the National Championships in April, where all state teams competed against one another. Piper’s skill, determination, and consistency throughout the tournament caught the attention of the national selection panel, earning her a place among 36 other athletes chosen for the Australian U17’s Squad.
In preparation, Piper has been training every Friday evening at the State Netball Centre. During the week in Canberra, she will participate in an intensive program featuring on-court trainings, performance analysis, educational sessions, recovery sessions, anthro & jump testing.
This incredible achievement is a testament to Piper’s unwavering work ethic, resilience, and passion for the game. She continues to grow as both an athlete and a leader, constantly striving to improve while inspiring those around her.
