- Today’s PB 80kg Hip Thrust for 6 reps, 3x 10 chest press 10kg, 3x 10 10kg dumbbell Bentover rows, & 7kg slow controlled step ups.

I thank everyone would supported me and Baldwin Studio in our first year operating but also as I navigated getting back into coaching since stepping into Motherhood. As we turn a corner I am looking forward to Welcoming everyone to Baldwin Studio as we take 2026 head on with NEW sessions, NEW structure, NEW consistency and more services available.
