I will no longer be offering any form of contest payment plans other than thru this Company - This is due to having to chase far too many people to keep their payments up to date. So all future contest preps will use this payment method if you want payment plans.

Capsule Eating
The idea is to remove confusion
what you should eat is pretty much the same thing each day to create a habit and remove confusion on what to eat. There is some variety eg your grilled chicken, veg meal could be turned into a stir fry (this stuff is ground breaking) or you could swap nuts for avocado (wow) or you could swap out your chicken for another protein source such as eggs or fish or beef (I can’t believe this)
To take it to the next step use herbs and spices to suit your taste.

I could be wrong but this all seems very familiar. I like the message but for real??? New ???? I have been doing this the last 30 yrs for both myself and my athlete and clients
