I’ve been quiet. If you don’t know, my ancestors are my health inspiration. I want their lean athletic natural physique & shoulders.

I have trouble connecting that operating in a western colonial approach to fitness.

I’ve started adding traditional movements into my training, which lead to me eating a whole packet of kangaroo patties by accident last night (honestly can’t make a habit of eating like that).

I won’t share indigenous training movements without cultural permission, they are not for taking, they are tied to particular clans, their dances & ancestors/spirits & they are definitely fitness.

Sweaty couple of 4 classes this week , 😮‍💨 endorphins is where it’s at. 🙌🏽🎉💪🏽
