Proof you don’t need to give up everything to make serious changes.

Enjoying the process, thriving in the gym, not feeling restricted and energy levels at an all time high.

What's the big win though?

Let’s not pretend the scroll, the drink, or the nightly Netflix binge is “self-care.”

You know it. I know it.

That’s not recharging — that’s checking out.

That’s avoiding.

We’ve all said it.
But let’s be real — it’s rarely about time.
It’s about priorities.

Because if we checked your screen time or your Netflix history…
We’d soon find the hours you “don’t have.”

When your kids are sick? You find time.
When the boss needs something? You find time.
So why does your health keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list?

Your body is how you show up in the world.

I used to wear these beliefs like armour.
Thought they made me strong, focused, reliable.

But all they really did was keep me stuck.

Stuck in stress.
Stuck in survival mode.
Stuck in patterns that didn’t serve me — or the people I love.

When my first daughter (Evy) was born, I knew it was the wake-up call I needed.
I stopped making excuses and started taking ownership.
