🚩HOUSEKEEPING and Extra information for this week 🚩

Runs to commence at 7.30am (depending on sunlight)

- Bungendore showground (Mathews lane) will be open Friday morning for arrivals for the weekend

- Friday afternoon infront of the arena, there will be a green shed you can sign you're waivers then collect your wristbands for you're runs

- Powered camping, shower/ amenities are included in you're entry payment

- Fires are allowed MUST be contained in drum/firepit

- Steel yards are available plenty to go around (Free)
NO ELECTRIC YARDS/ STEEL YARDS in the main camping areas
( Electric yards are allowed on the oval) more information to come due to weather

- Under 18s must have a helmet on when riding at all times please
- Adults must be wearing a Hat/ Helmet/ Cap

Raffle will be drawn Saturday 13th at Bungendore showground 6pm
$ 10 per ticket

Raffle tickets will be available online from Monday 1st of June to Wednesday 10th of June.

Tickets will also be available for purchase on Saturday 13th June at the event

- Our team will send you account details for payments

- please email back screenshot of payment, name for ticket, how many tickets.

- Once payment reaches account, Our team will give you your Raffle numbers via email!

Terms and conditions
- All raffle winners who are not at the show ground during the draw will have 7 days to collect there prize from designated pick up spot, Bungendore, Canberra, Yass
- If postage is required on sendable items that will be at the expense of the winner and to be organised within the 7 days
-Raffle items are not exchangeable from what you have won
