The 2026 Challenge Shield has wrapped up, and what an incredible day it was! 🙌
From before the first whistle to the final pack up, today was a true reflection of what community sport is all about. None of it would have been possible without the amazing people who gave their time, energy and support.

To our set up crew who arrived in the fog, our travelling clubs and teams, coaches, managers, players, club referees and referee coordinators, our amazing canteen convenor and every single canteen volunteer, our timekeeper, our sports med, the girls selling raffle tickets, our clean up crew, and everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes... thank you 🙏
These events don't happen because of one or two people. They happen because an entire community rolls up their sleeves and gets involved. Today, our community absolutely showed up, and we're incredibly proud of what we achieved together.
