Even coaches need a good tune up from time to time!! 💪
I’ve been feeling a little weaker in my body position these last few rides, so I decided it was time to crack out the Engaged Rider Bands.

I absolutely love these bands, and many of my clients have had the privilege (or punishment 😜), of using these in a lesson.

After two rides, I already feel my back and core engaging just that little bit more. My right should that loves to creep forward, is back where it belongs.

Amarni is making real progress here at Luana Park. Not only under saddle, but on the ground too. Amarni arrived a very anxious and restless little mare lacking lots of self confidence and unable to stand still. Now, we have a relaxed, patient and confident horse who is willing and loves her job 🩷🌸
