Race Day – Mark Bloxsidge Memorial Silver Cup 🏁

It’s race day for the 41 car — but this time Scotty will be behind the wheel, as we’ve had some engine trouble come up with the 0 car.

We’re headed to Moora Speedway for the
Mark Bloxsidge Memorial Silver Cup.

Racing kicks off from 6pm, and we’ll be posting updates throughout the night, so keep an eye on the page.

If you’re at the track, come down and say hi in the pits when it’s open — remember we’ve also got some new stickers of the car up for grabs!

🏁 Race Recap – LS1 WA State Title

What a night at the Perth Motorplex Last Friday, where we hit the track with our two-car team for the LS1 WA State Title!

With 19 LS1 cars in the field, the night kicked off with hot laps before moving into two heats and the feature. Both cars ran strong, and the team was pumped to have them out together again.

Scotty
Heat 1: P4 ➝ P9
Heat 2: P9 ➝ P9
Feature: P14 ➝ P5 (Hard Charger Award)

Scotty had a solid run for his first LS1 State Title. The night started off a bit slow, but after a few changes to the car and more seat time, he came out firing in the feature. He sliced his way through the field to bring home P5 and earn the Hard Charger Award. A huge effort!

Heat 1: P1 ➝ DNF
Heat 2: P12 ➝ P11
Feature: P17 ➝ DNF

Lisa didn’t have the luck she was hoping for, with small issues popping up throughout the night. Unfortunately, this saw her finishing on the infield for most of the event. We’re hoping the next meeting brings better results and a clean run.

It’s the Boss’s Turn!!

Last minute personal commitments have made today possible for Scotty to jump in the 41 and have a skid at Ellenbrook.

Thank you to Peter Harvey for making the Winter Series happen and Ellenbrook Speedway for hosting us.

Weather depending, we will hopefully get in 2 heats and a feature.
