Something has been brewing in my mind lately…

And honestly, I don’t think it started with me.

It started with the women around me.

A couple of weeks ago, I went camping by myself beside the river. Just me, nature, a little fire, and a whole lot of quiet.

When I got home and told my friends about it, they all said the same thing:

“Next time, we’re coming.”

Then one of them said, “We should get a group of women together and go swimming naked.”

😂

Now, I’ll be honest… being naked is very much outside my comfort zone.

But it’s also something I’ve been trying to become more comfortable with - But maybe that’s the point.

There are parts of ourselves we spend so much time hiding, protecting, controlling. Sometimes I wonder what might happen if we gave ourselves permission to soften those edges - to feel a little exposed, a little wild, a little free.

And I thought… maybe there’s something beautiful about doing uncomfortable things together.

Then, a few days later, I went to a sound healing session with Vida Holistic Healing.

I lay there under the stars, listening to the sounds wash over me, and at some point, I completely surrendered and fell asleep.

When the session ended, I heard someone say:

“I don’t want to leave.”

And someone else said how beautiful it would be if we could just stay there all night.

And I remember thinking…

Why do we always have to leave?

Why can’t we stay outside a little longer?

Why can’t we dance, sleep under the stars, move our bodies, meditate, swim, laugh, get a little uncomfortable, and just be?

No rushing home.

No schedules.

No need to be anything other than ourselves.

And somewhere between a river, a sound bath, a naked-swimming conversation and a sky full of stars…

An idea started to take shape.

I’m not quite ready to tell you everything yet…

But if you're keen to be a part of the adventure or find out more, RSVP your interest now:

COME BACK TO YOURSELF A weekend under the stars. Bare feet. Big breaths. Yoga in the wild. Meditation in the quiet. Dancing until you forget what time it is. No expectations. No perfection. No pretending. Just women, nature, movement, stillness, connection - and space to breathe.
