🔴⚫️ 2026 BCC AGM Update 🔴⚫️

The Broadford Cricket Club held its annual General Meeting (AGM) last night @ Harley Hammon Reserve.

Whilst somewhat administrative in nature, the AGM is incredibly important to the future direction and ongoing success of our club.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion.

Members received updates on the overall health of the club, and it’s pleasing to report that BCC remains in a very strong position both on and off the field.

🏏 Strong on-field representation across all senior grades

🔴⚫ A very strong junior program with fantastic participation numbers

🏏 Our inaugural Women’s Team has been a major success

💰 The club remains in a solid financial position

📈 Overall, the future of the club is very positive

The AGM also saw some change at both Executive and General Committee level.

A huge thank you to outgoing President Nash Mirabella. After 5 seasons at the helm, Nash has led the club with passion, commitment and care, helping guide BCC through significant change & success. We sincerely thank him for his contribution to the Broadford Cricket Club.

A shout out also to Jake Martin who stepped down as club Treasurer. Jake stepped up last year to fill a very important role (one he had previously undertaken for the BCC) and helped guide us into a strong overall financial position at season's end.

A renewed Committee also see's some members step down from a formal role, but continue to support our great club. Many thanks to Jess Jones & Azza Culps for their contribution to our committe throughout last season 👍
