Many of you already know Kimberley, who first joined our team back in July 2023 — and who has quickly become part of the FOQ family (and our resident token Scot 😉).

Kimberley is a qualified Personal Trainer with a drive for helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their training. Services include:
