Inspired Meadow supports massage-based therapists experiencing physical strain or energy fatigue and navigating career pivot indecision.

With over 18 years working as a sports therapist within the industry myself, there is firsthand understanding of how these stages can arise for some therapists.

Tiffany had been running her own successful massage business for roughly 10 years, but over time the physical toll began to build.

For 6 years she had been stuck in the indecision phase. She explored and evaluated many possible directions for a career pivot, but never felt able to make a final decision.

After reaching out via Instagram, Tiffany began the structured Career Pivot Program. Phase 1 of the program runs for 6 weeks, and during this time we worked through and reviewed all possibilities until one path stood out that truly aligned with her values, lifestyle, and the balance she wanted for family life.

She is now excited to begin a new career direction without the same physical strain while staying true to what matters most to her.

Career pivot indecision can take time to work through.

This process is structured in two phases because clarity can emerge at different stages for each individual. Each journey is tailored, as no one’s path or direction is the same.

Phase 1 focuses on reaching clarity around a potential career pivot.
Some individuals reach the clarity they need within this phase and feel confident to move forward without continuing into Phase 2.

Phase 2 allows additional time for those who wish to continue exploring their direction and decision.

The aim is to move beyond indecision and arrive at a clear yes about the next step.

When uncertainty feels high, commitment is delayed. ⏳
Over time, that delay increases mental load and slows meaningful forward movement.

The longer a decision remains unresolved, the more energy it quietly consumes.
