Father’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the incredible role that fathers, grandfathers, uncles and father figures play in the lives of children.

Having a positive male role model who shows up, listens, encourages and believes in a young person can make an enormous difference to their confidence and character.

HAELSTROM ON LOCATION

This week, a few of our students stepped out of their comfort zone to train with 9th Degree Hanshi Kyl at CMA. Thank you to the warm welcome received by Dai Sempai Izzy and Dai Sempai Meeghan in the kids class and to Hanshi Kyl, Renshi Terry, Dai Sempais Carlie, Mel, Izzy, Lori and Meeghan who welcomed us in the adults class.

We appreciated the importance of building strong legs and look forward to putting what we learned into practice.

HOLIDAY TRAINING

CONGRATULATIONS!

Over the past two weekends, we had a number of students attend state and local gradings.

We are so impressed with the determination, focus and skill displayed and also the members who volunteered to grade others at the local grading.
