It comes down to quantified nutrition (tracking calories) and establishing the correct macros for your physiology and goals. This man is the hardest working individual I have ever met. I can proudly say, HES MY ! 10+ years of training together, almost everyday. It’s been incredible seeing your journey and I’m so proud of how dedicated you are to what we both love doing together. A science based nutrition and training protocols and consistency is all Jit takes. Dads always been a massive sports buff and sportsman himself. However, running and opening 14+ restaurants In Oceania (Australia/New Zealand) temporarily got the better of him and his active lifestyle. In 2011 we both started weight training, and since then we haven’t stopped. This mans passion, dedication and support has been absolutely crucial in my growth in the gym and as a fitness professional! So here’s to another story of it’s never to late to achieve your physique goals, all it takes is a decision and then action! Age is JUST a number folks. You better believe it.
