Schedule shorter, high-quality sessions earlier in the day, especially on days with parties or family gatherings. Guarantee yourself that training time without compromising holiday commitments.

✅ Mindful Indulgence:
Enjoy festive meals and treats, but prioritise lean proteins, veggies, and hydration. Limit alcohol consumption to avoid excess calories and sluggishness the next day.

✅ Consistency Over Intensity:
Stick to a manageable training schedule, even if sessions are shorter. A consistent routine beats sporadic hard workouts during this time.
