🏀 NDBA CLUBS COACHES DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY 📣

At NDBA, we are committed to supporting our coaches and providing opportunities to continue learning and developing.

The Brisbane Bullets are hosting a FREE Coaching Showcase, with members of their NBL coaching staff presenting a series of short sessions across a range of offensive and defensive topics.

📅 Thursday 17 September
⏰ 5:30pm – 7:30pm
📍 St Lawrence College
🎟️ FREE to attend

It’s a great opportunity for our coaches to:
🏀 See how concepts are taught at the NBL level
🧠 Gain new ideas and perspectives
📚 Develop their coaching knowledge
💡 Take practical ideas back into their own training sessions

Spaces are limited due to venue capacity, so coaches interested in attending are encouraged to register early.

A huge shout out to NDBA athletes Zara O, Piper O & Willow C! Over the last 4 days, they have been competing for Metropolitan North Region in the 10-12 Basketball QLD Representative School State Championships on the southside of Brisbane…and racing back to play our Semi Final games 💪🏼

Showcasing an incredibly skilled and competitive group of young athletes coming in from all over QLD, what a huge honour to be a part of and grow your love of the game. Well done!

FATHER’S DAY SUNDAY = BASKETBALL SUNDAY!

This Sunday, we’re hitting the court at South Pine Sports Centre from 12-1pm for a fun, casual Father’s Day Scrimmage!

Whether you’re bringing the kids (14+), coming solo, rounding up a few mates, or just keen to get some shots up - everyone’s welcome!

No pressure, no fancy plays - just some good old-fashioned basketball and a bit of friendly competition.

$5 per person to play!

And don’t rush off afterwards… stick around and support our Seniors in their Semi-Final at 1:10pm!

So, grab your sneakers, bring the family or your mates, and come spend Father’s Day with us!
