Well it has been a long time between posts but i have been reinvigorated this year with doing some further study. I now have a Cert 4 in Career Advising on top of my other qualifications and would love to help you in your career search whether you are a school student, school leaver or adult looking for a change. If so, take time out - reflect, work out what you can change yourself and then if you need an accountability partner get in contact - together we can do anything!

Happy 2019!! As we put the foot down on the start of this year it is worth taking a minute to think about self care. Have you “lost” yourself in all the many roles you play?? Think about the following:

What are my goals for 2019?
How happy am I at the moment?
How can I achieve that great big goal I think about late at night?
What am I going to do to make it happen?
Need some help with goals, time management, vision board creation??? I am only a message away!

Fear can be inhibiting, scarring and stop you from experiencing all that life has to offer. What are you afraid of in your personal relationships, at your work place? What would happen if you just said what you really thought and not bit your tongue??? Often the worst outcome NEVER happens and what you imagine is far worse. :) So what would happen if you just did it?

Do you sometimes wonder why so many coaches charge so much?? I am with you!! There are lots of great coaches out there but to access them you need to nearly remortgage the house!! I am a little different to that in what I charge for coaching. I believe that you need to see some benefit after even session 1 BUT there is NO POINT in doing only 1-2 sessions. To get lasting change you need to work with a coach weekly or fortnightly over a minimum of 3 months - then we can set up plans and set goals to achieve. So ladies when you are thinking of hiring a coach consider this - how committed are you to change and if you are committed then contact me. My passion is to help women create happier lives and that doesn't mean creating financial stress.. :)

Hi folks! Well, how are you travelling this year? Are you kicking the goals you set for yourself on January 1? Or are you doing the same old thing and expecting the results to be different?? A lot of the time this is a problem with not having accountability. A coach will provide that for you and also give you feedback and plans on how to go get what you want. Until Easter I am running a special - $150 for one session, $275 for two sessions or $375 for three sessions if paid in advance at session one. You will never know how much good you can do till you step back and plan! What are you waiting for???
