Ah, recovery_ it is a real thing. And over the last 12 months i have been resting. Taking care of my body, mind and sprit. I basically cocooned for 11 months.

Started walking on March 1st.

Now I am working on getting back to my life- stronger and in great frame of mind.

The road still looks like the yellow brick road to me🤪🙌.

And I have a new hair style.

Great question, I wanted you to know that I use my Thermomix to help me prepare stunning, home cooked meals in a simple and fun way. NO, I have not turned my chef role over to a machine, I am still in charge, what I did do was turned over the no creative aspects - the prep chef role - over.

I still create my own recipes, and I still teach cooking skills and classes with and without the help of my Thermomix.

And I also wanted you to know that I am a Thermomix Consultant. Which means if you are interested in a demo, and you live in Australia, I can help you host a virtual event or in home demo (if you live in the Great Brisbane Area of Queensland AUS).

When we start to see food as medicine, it becomes more than just a source of sustenance — it’s a pathway to inner healing. Foods like leafy greens, fresh fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats don’t just satisfy hunger; they support our well-being from the inside out.

I was triggered today by this topic - the above is what I strongly believe. I felt SOOO strongly about it I changed my career twice to get to where I am now - helping you eat better.

I left a corporate role, that I didn't like, and felt stuck from 20 year. I chose to study food as a chef, so I could play with my food, and yours😉🥰. Once I got the hang of this - and burned out during the process, I choose to study to become a Nutritional Health Coach.
