Another great session on the mats. 🥋

We spent the session working through fundamentals—drilling the basics, refining techniques with partner work, and finishing with some light sparring to put everything into practice.

Thanks to everyone who came along and contributed to another enjoyable session. Looking forward to doing it all again next week.
