It’s been a minute since we brought back FAIVA FRIDAY and today’s for our faiva fa’e ❤️ from behind the scenes preparations to getting our performers ready then front row to every performance and then our favourite, dancing, cheering and hyping them louder than the music itself - no one else does it like them! We’re so grateful for our faiva fa’e and faiva aunties and faiva big sissys! 🇹🇴

Meet our 2026 UQ SPIA Scholarship recipient! 🎓🌺

Through an external decision from our scholarship selection committee made up of the scholarship board, a Pasifika UQ employee & a SPIA Alum we were excited to find out that this years recipient is one of our executive members!

We are so excited to announce Junior Sapoi as the recipient of the 2026 UQ SPIA Scholarship! 🥳

This scholarship is more than just financial support! It’s an investment in our Pasifika students, their aspirations and the future of our community. 🤎
