30 30 upper body gymnastics conditioning follow along

I've been doing gymnastics all may life and hope this follow along workout will be helpful to you guys to train your upper body with only using your body weight.
Some equipment exercises can be easily changed with chairs or walls to train handstand push ups or lower back extensions.
This training routine is 30 seconds work and 30 seconds break in between which brings a good ratio to keep your heart beat high while resting gap before starting the next gymnastics move.
I've been doing conditioning with a proper technique for a while and it keeps me shaped and able to do skills like planches, hspu and exercise my upper and mid body at the same time.
