Myth: You need to feel sore for a workout to be effective.
Not true.
Soreness is not what drives results. What actually drives results is:
⭐ Consistency
⭐ Good form
⭐ Gradually increasing your training over time
Some workouts will leave you sore, others will not, and both can still be effective.
Focus on showing up and training well!
