As a physio who understands the body, injury, disease process, healing and rehab and who has studied martial arts all my life (2 jujutsu black belts, wing Chun red sash(black belt) and expertise in aikijutsu and martial arts weapons ) I keep saying this. On a minute by minute, dollar by dollar comparison. Nothing comes close to Tai Chi in terms of benefits for healthy aging. Note, I am not saying for the aged but for aging.
