Getting older IS NOT THE SAME as getting weaker.❌

Please understand that you have the choice to decide, for the most part, how your body will age.

"But he does exercise all the time and still drop down." because regardless, things will happen. That doesn't stop you from putting on a seatbelt, does it?

Be your own hero, today. Be an active senior, starting now. Chances are you still have years of life left to live to the fullest. 💯

This isn't even my dog 🤣 She decided I wasn't giving her enough attention while training my client and put herself in the middle. 🤦🏾‍♀️

There will be days missed.
There will be days with less time for you than usual.
There will be off days.

Do not let that deter you. Get back up the next day, and go again. Do 15 mins if you have to. Do 5 mins if you have to.
