what I love most about training women isn’t just the physical strength you build. It’s the mental strength.

Every time you show up, several times a week, you’re choosing to do something uncomfortable on purpose. And that matters more than you think.

Through showing up for yourself, you are keeping the promise you made to yourself. And this builds self trust.

And the more you trust yourself, the more confident you feel knowing you can get yourself through uncomfortable moments in the gym but also in life.

I received a beautiful bit of feedback this week that I wanted to share 💓

It can often feel impossible to find the confidence to start moving your body - whether it be for the first time ever or restarting after time off

my goal is to support women from all backgrounds and experience levels to find the confidence to start moving and finding their strength! Because you can not pour from an empty cup ☕️

It may not be possible to pay for a gym membership, leave your children at home alone or maybe you have bigger priorities than spending hours at the gym every week. That’s why I will work with you individually to understand your lifestyle and build a programme to suit you 💓
