Chloe graduated from Rare’s 200 hour yoga teacher training this year. The Seva Project component of the training asks our graduates to be in-service to their community in some way, shape or form.

Today Chloe gathered 20 students - friends and fellow yogis for a charity class at Rare Studios, Bondi, with all funds going to The Heart Foundation.

this was also a great opportunity for Chloe to put into practice. Everything she had learned from the 200 hour training and to practice in the studio where you became certified is very special indeed.

Thank you, Chloe for your service to our community.

Less than two hours’ drive from Sydney – pile into a car with someone from your Tuesday class and you’re there by lunchtime. Mist in the paddock at 6am, mats in the shala, one long dinner table, a fire that goes until someone finally admits they’re tired.

Heartbreak hill starts in the hips.

Christian from Rare Studios is running Yoga for Runners at 10:30am this Saturday at Rare, Bondi.

It’s a specialty class to improve hip mobility, stretching out tight muscles like hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves and using myofascial release balls to hydrate your connective tissue and have you running smooth and free.

On top of our regular yoga classes, we’ve got a stacked lineup of yoga teacher trainings, sound healing workshops, advanced asana workshops, and community events landing at Rare Studios. New facilitators, new experiences, and a whole lot to look forward to across Bondi & Surry Hills.
