Text messages like these is why I love this job.

The bottom part of the text says it all. Not only for younger kids but for anyone of any age. There are many issues people face day in day out. Both mentally and physically, so to not only be able to try guide and help people hit whichever fitness/health goals they have, but to also be able to have an influence on someone’s lifestyle and motivation is one of the many great things about this job 💙

one of the many great parts of my job, is the little competitions with the kids that I train, as you can see little ayden is over the moon about having to wear my Manchester United jersey during his session this morning after the win against his team liverpool 😂

A years difference between the top 2 and the bottom 2.

The difference between the top 2 and bottom 2 photos isn’t just the look. The guy in the bottom 2 photos is a lot more confident than the guy in the top 2 and also a lot happier with himself in a lot of aspects being a lot fitter and a lot faster than he was in the top 2 photos as well.
