JUNIOR SPARTAN KIDS (4.5 – 9 years)
A fun, structured introduction to martial arts that develops coordination, balance, confidence, listening skills, and discipline. These classes help young kids burn energy the right way while learning respect, focus, and teamwork in a safe, positive environment.

SENIOR SPARTAN KIDS & TEENS
(10 – 16 years)
As kids grow, so do the expectations. These classes build strong fundamentals in kickboxing while reinforcing self-belief, accountability, resilience, and self-control. Ideal for kids who need confidence, structure, or a constructive outlet for their energy.

BEGINNER TEENS & ADULTS
Perfect for those new to kickboxing. These classes focus on correct technique, fitness, coordination, and mental toughness, all taught in a supportive, no-ego environment. Learn properly from day one and build a solid foundation.

INTERMEDIATE TEENS & ADULTS
For students who already have experience and want to level up. Increased intensity, sharper technique, improved conditioning, and a stronger emphasis on discipline, consistency, and performance.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED TEENS & ADULTS
High-level training for serious students. These sessions are technical, demanding, and structured, providing a clear pathway for those who want to push their limits and work towards competing on Spartans Cup Championship amateur and professional events.
