Hi everyone,
It’s time to dust off the arms, prepare the shoulders and discover muscles you may have forgotten existed.
We’re putting together a team for the Push-Up Challenge, running from 3 June to 26 June, and we’d love you to join us. You do not need to be a gym fanatic, a fitness influencer, or someone who casually does push-ups for fun before breakfast. All levels are welcome, whether you can do 2, 20, or prefer to negotiate with the floor first. In fact if you cant do a pushup, just substitute it for situps, tricep dips or even squats (yes, excuses are quickly running out now aren’t they 😊).
The idea is simple: get involved, have a laugh, challenge yourself and be part of the DefyLimits team. There will be sweat, there may be soreness, and there will almost certainly be some very creative excuses by week two - but that is all part of the experience.
Most importantly, it’s a great way to do something positive together, build a bit of team spirit and prove that a group of determined people can achieve amazing things… even while questioning their life choices mid-push-up.
