NAIL THE BASICS
This platform right here might be the exact reason why most people don’t want to do the little things well.
Remember we only post the clips of us doing well or us doing an exercises that might look difficult and not achievable from the average Joe.
But a fair chance all these ‘cool’ exercises are just the icing on the top.
If we nail our basic movements and do them well and consistently then results will come.
First we need to create habit.
Then we must master the basics, from here we can and will grow.
Remember we need to learn to walk before we can run.
The same goes for the gym.

Purpose
This here might just hold the key to all your gym failures and success stories all in one.
I feel this plays such a large roll in how we perform when we are in and out of the gym.
Purpose creates motivation, discipline, focus and structure.
Not everyone has the same purpose and that’s what makes our gym great. No matter your goal is or what you’re striving for. We can help you!
In saying that, we need to make sure your training is revolving around your purpose. If your weekly structure, training program or nutritional habits don’t aline with your purpose of going to the gym then you’re setting yourself up for fail.
On the gym floor each and every movement you do, each workout should to be working towards your purpose. Doing this will help you achieve it and with that keeps you coming back for more.
So next time you have to ask yourself is this working towards my purpose.

CONSISTENCY

Don’t do it because you have to, do it because you want to!

Having a reason ‘why’ to go the gym is half the battle.
If you’re rocking up to the gym because you have to or because someone is making you. Your gym life is going to be short lived. There is going to be an end date.
Find your own personal reason why you want to go to the gym.
Everyone is coming for different reasons.
Your reason may only get you their once or twice a week but that is better then falling off the bandwagon all together, or constantly running this stop/start structure.
Make your workouts work for you. Your time, your workout routine, whatever makes you happy. Because remember you can follow the worlds great routine or program but if you hate it…. It won’t last.
Let us help you create a healthy and happy relationship with fitness. A relationship for you. There is plenty of ways we can make this work.
