Welcome to my coaching page, My name is Lou Adkins- Business & Life Coach
I am a Beauty clinic owner, a mother and a wife.
My beauty business was established back in 2005, I have raised it through a life journey to now become an adult.
As a business owner for 18 years, I have evolved with the business over these years.
I have babied it during its early years, I have also gone through its tantrums and tears, watching and patiently waiting my way during its teen years, been their in sickness and in health, work with all the challenges, worked in it, beside it and now have worked through it, feeling like their is light on the other side of all the challenges that come with being a small business owner.
Continual momentum is a part of the journey, trusting the process and always working on yourself, realising that you have blocks, limiting your beliefs and by following your dreams, taking inspired action to achieve your goals, all this with out compomising on your core values.
