⚽️🏉 Great coaches stay curious.

Today I stepped away from the football pitch and headed to the WAFL to watch East Perth Football Club vs South Fremantle Football Club.

Different code. Different tactics. Different movement patterns.
Same lessons in leadership, communication, competitiveness, and decision making.

One of the best things coaches can do is explore other sports and environments. There’s always something to learn, adapt, and bring back to your own players and sessions.

Growth happens when you get outside your own bubble. 👀📚
