Last night I had the 2023 A grade women’s minor and major premiers come in for a wrestling & grappling class the ladies attitude & determination is amazing, the coaching staff has informed that they are a huge inspiration to all the younger players coming through.. good luck for the season ahead ladies 👊🏻

Great day on the mats today for the Jiu jitsu team with 1 Gold 2 Silvers & a Bronze, Jay Kennedy Gold & Bronze & Darren Coulter 2 Silver. Your first comp is not about winning but it’s a bonus if you do, it’s about earning the respect of the other fighters & that’s something you did today Emmett Titley, really proud of you mate with only 2&1/2 months training you surprised everyone. 🙏

Another great day for Gunyah underground MMA at the Newcastle Jiu jitsu comp, with all our competitors preforming well in their divisions, .peihopa .cobber Jordan got gold in the under 76kg Gi division and bronze in the No Gi division, great effort from everyone with some great submissions and positions, well done boys..
