STRONG MAMMA
On Wednesday we focus on strength training and core.
This weeks theme is “follow the leader”
One station dictates the pace for every other station. Today’s pace station was chin ups x 30 per mamma (pulldowns for those not ready for chins)
Mammas are teamed up, and either assisting in chin ups, or working a super set style setup.
Some of our other stations included hip thrusts, single arm rows, Bulgarian split squats, thrusters, tricep extensions, and woodchops (with modifications to ensure safely progressing through your fitness journey).
Focus on form, tempo, and minimal pauses during reps.
Follow the leader adds an extra element of motivation and makes our mamma’s strive for that little bit more.
