Facilitated by Bec Mercer - 200hr TT Vinyasa, 50hr TT Yin, First Aid & CPR certs.

Sunday sessions at Beech Forest are on a 2 week hiatus - we'll be back the 16th Nov. (Next weekend is Melb Cup long weekend and the following is a yoga weekend at Lavers Hill with Roz, Pete, Amanda and Lizzie which I encourage everyone to check out!)

Hi all thanks to everyone who came to practice yoga with us throughout March 🧡. We will be back at Gelli House in mid May after I go on a hike - the Overland trail - very excited! Yoga starts next week at Gellibrand Community House!
Our focus will be on the lower body - hips, legs, knees and ankles. Come join us on: Tuesday March 4, 6PM Vinyasa, 7:15PM Yin or Thursday, March 6, 11:30am for Mellow flow

Single session:
$15-$25 cash, $20-$30 card
Vinyasa & Yin combo:
$20-$30 cash, $25-$35 card
Payment really depends on your circumstances, you decide.

I’ve got some equipment available (bolsters, mats and blocks) but if you have your own please bring it along. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
Bring layers for the yin session as it might get cold.
