It's not goodbye, it's see you on the trail...

Helping horses and their humans, has given me so much joy and fulfilment.
There has come a time where my priorities are shifting, horses will always be my biggest passion, and to think that so many horses out there I have helped, it's sad to think I will no longer feel their presence.

I give my appreciation to every client, who strived to be better.
I give thanks to each and every horse, for the lessons you have taught me.

My child, my family, my horse are my priority.
I promised myself that when I can no longer give everything to others horses and their humans, I'd never do it by half.

This page will still be here for my personal blog, who knows what the future may bring.

For now I'm humbled to close this chapter.
I'll see you on the trail ❤

Change your speed, not the direction.

It's okay to slow down a little and still make progress, my life is about to shift and change drastically for the most amazing little gift.

Life gives you such blessings and horses have helped shape me into the person I am today...
My Fiancè and I are happily expecting a new rider in November 2022.
I'd like to leave you here with how horses have helped me.
See you all in 2023.👶💗🙏🐎

When you are short-tempered, let me teach you patience.

When you shed a tear, let me catch them.

When you feel like dictating, let me teach you equality.

When you are lonely, let me be your company.

When you want to feel in control, let me show you how to let GO.

When you feel like speaking, listen..

What's important to you?

For me it boundaries, trust, connection, presence & safety, just to name a few.

To achieve the above, first I must establish some boundaries.
- The beautiful thing about being clear and consistent with your boundaries with your horse, is that you develop a mutual respect for each other.
A respect that over time requires less in the way of corrections and deepens the love in each other that you share.

Then we can start to build trust, trust in eachother.
- Trust that I will do my best to keep you safe, and trust my horse will do the same.
Having boundaries and trust deepens your connection.
- A strong connection is something you feel, a magnet towards another.
Where both ends meet together, and join as one. 🙏

Having boundaries, trust, connection, gives you presence.
- Presence is the feeling that flows off a person who humbly, and truly believes in themselves and their abilities, it's not about superiority, intimidation or aggression.

Lastly all of the above builds safety.
- A safe relationship where we both feel secure, is being able to accomplish tasks together knowing we have the support of eachother.
Safety in knowing you have put in the work to get through the tough times together.

Safety gives you room for enjoyment!
We cannot enjoy our horses if we do not feel safe. ❤

What a weekend!
Starting the long haul home from Oberon, NSW.

I feel so privileged and proud to have received the feedback from the weekend, each horse and owner were beaming with joy and full of pride, each with their own accomplishments.
There were many sore bums 🤣 and believe me, it was needed to stay warm!❄

Helping others brings me so much joy, knowing that sharing a little part of myself and my learnings can help others grow.

It was Ranch on all of our minds, but really each owner left with pride, joy, a do less approach, to be softer, to listen, to be accountable, and above all to love and listen to our horses.

It was the ride...

Every part of yourself has such an impact on your relationship with your horse.
- But NOTHING holds more power than what you have inside.

It's no mistake when you see a horse that is calm and connected.
All behavior is communication, it's up to us to communicate better, ask softer and have consistent boundaries.
Commit to learning every day, learn more about yourself, how you speak, how you respond.

When do you hold your breath? Where is your tension?
Do you constantly doubt yourself..
The more you understand about yourself the better opportunity you have to change. The bigger the opportunity to control your mind, body and thoughts.

You have always held the key to the answers you seek..
It was never about the destination, it was about the ride.

A master of the mind, is a master of everything else.

We go to a professional because we need guidance. As a dedicated horse owner I know the information can sometimes be conflicting - so many methods, trainers, and disciplines out there.

In my view, training your horse should be about Creating a Connection, from the horse's Hoof To Heart - if you ride with your horse's feet in your mind, and in your heart, you'll develop a feel you might have once overlooked.

When you over ride, or over cue, you miss this vital connection. Ride with your horse's heart in your hands, and their feet in your mind.

It's about learning what are your boundaries, what's acceptable for you to feel safe and secure?

Finding the person who supports and lifts you to be better.
To find someone to help keep you accountable, to help keep you consistent in your training.

SO how do we decide what's the best method, trainer, discipline for you?

⭐ Get all the facts
⭐ Understand the why behind the exercise
⭐ Listen openly and ask questions
⭐ Follow your gut
⭐ Seek a person whose goals and values meet your goals and values.

What will you do, take it or leave it.
