Ben joins Allrounder Cricket Academy as one of our Elite Coaches, bringing strong fast-bowling experience, high-level playing knowledge and a genuine passion for developing young cricketers.

Having spent several years in the Grade Cricket system with UNSW and now playing 2nd Grade for North West Sydney Hurricanes as a fast bowler, Ben understands the standards, discipline and work ethic required to perform at a competitive level.

With 3 years of coaching experience and a Level 1 Cricket Coaching Certificate, Ben works closely with players to build strong fundamentals, sharpen their technical skills and grow their confidence. His coaching focuses heavily on bowling technique, game awareness, consistency and helping athletes understand how to train with purpose.

Ben’s clear communication, structured approach and positive coaching style make him a great mentor for young cricketers looking to take the next step in their development.

Our Fitness & Fielding sessions are designed to help young cricketers become more all-rounded athletes — building speed, agility, running mechanics, reaction time and cricket-specific fielding technique.

Perfect for intermediate and elite players looking to sharpen their game during the winter season.

Sessions:
Tuesdays 6:00pm–7:30pm
Fridays 6:00pm–7:30pm

🔥 Player of the Week 🔥

Big Games call for Big Players.. and Oliver delivered. Not once, but twice.

At the business end of the season, he produced back-to-back heroic 50s in the semi-final and grand final, standing tall when his team needed him most.

In the semi-final, with the game hanging by a thread, Oliver held his nerve in a heart-stopping finish, guiding his side home with just 2 wickets in hand. A clutch performance that punched their ticket to the grand final.

In the grand final his team struggled early on with the score being 5/42, momentum slipping away. Calm. Composed. Unshaken. He built an innings of pure grit and determination, crafting another brilliant 50 to drag his team to a fighting total of 126.

The final went down to the wire once again, but despite a fierce effort, Greystanes edged it with 2 overs to spare.

A season defined by resilience, stepping up under pressure, and delivering when it mattered most, finishing with 4 half-centuries.

A massive off-season awaits… and come 2026/27, expect something even bigger.
