A slight delay in getting back to work after my recent holiday. It would seem the van would like a little longer to recover. She’s currently in the garage while the guys try to find the cause of no power. Fingers crossed it won’t take long.

Check your ebike is legal before riding it around. You could face up to a $1018 fine if it’s found to be non compliant.

Police today announced the results of Operation Consider, launched last month, which caught and fined 275 people riding e-bikes, bicycles and petrol scooters in the state.

Some interesting points regarding ebikes in Victoria. A point to note is the ebike has to have the ability to be pedalled. There’s a growing trend for the pedals and cranks to be removed and a motor and battery etc being fitted. This renders a bike illegal according to current rules.

A great addition to the van was completed today. A powered work stand beautifully engineered by in Geelong. Taking the strain off my shoulders and back and making the days less painful.
