Great session tonight Crew.

It was a mixed session for our Crew heading to Bridge to Brisbane and those keeping up thier run fitness, ready for the next event 🤩

After our warm up & stretch session it was of onto a 10min run, 1min active slow run .... repeated 3 times 💚
