I learnt this from my mentor when I began coaching leaders and community building.

Every meaningful conversation as a community is doing two things.. facing the brutal facts and building the unwaivering faith that we will prevail together. This is strong leadership.

Coaches who do these two things keep their clients on track, hitting results and retain them. It impacts revenue.

Leaders who do this for their teams, keep their people on track, hitting results and retain them. It impacts revenue.

It is equal parts performance and retention.

Multiply both by getting people to explore wach other's perspectives and commit to the path together.

People never want to leave you when they are supported through the trenches by the people around them and see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Most coaches build a community to keep clients longer.
