I’m Chantal, the face behind .
By day I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Injury Rehab Consultant with over 13years in the industry.
By night I’m a mum of three, snack distributor, emotional support person & professional plate collector. I have a deep belief that mums deserve to feel strong, capable and supported in their bodies.
This space exists because I truly believe:
✨ movement should feel empowering, not punishing
✨ rehab, strength and motherhood can coexist
✨ you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after everyone else
✨ I understand that progress sometimes looks like just showing up
A few things about me you may not know:
🌸I train hard but value rest even more
🌸I’ll always choose country music in a workout
🌸I love simple food and simple routines
🌸I’m obsessed with helping women feel confident in their bodies again
🌸I genuinely love what I do — this is my passion, not just my job
This year I’m excited to:
✔️ continue building strong, resilient mums
✔️ support women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond
✔️ challenge myself physically (because strong leaders walk the talk)
✔️ create more balance between business, family and me
