There are a few classes missed so make sure you know these by checking the website mid block.
Packs for Pregnancy, Post Natal Pilates and Phase 1 strength have sold out. You can join weekly if a casual place opens up through link in BIO. Check the link 24-48 hours prior to class or direct message. There are usually spaces each week.

We’re taking on The Team Samson Challenge in less than two weeks and Chantal and Mandy are also taking on the Solo 💪�Four mamas. One epic challenge.
Jess. Vic. Mandy. And Chan.
The Samson is a four-person team event with nine gruelling challenges, including:�🚜 Farmers walk with jerry cans�🏋️‍♀️ Prowler push�🛞 130kg truck tyre flips�🔥 Burpee challenge�🏃‍♀️ 2 x 2km run�🏊‍♀️ 1km swim�🛷 Sled push�🧗‍♀️ And a wild obstacle course
Our ACTV Mama’s Who Move (MWM) team is made up of four mums who somehow juggle life, laundry, work and eight wild kiddies—and still choose to move our bodies.
Most days already feel like an obstacle course: chasing toddlers in every direction and keeping up with big kids who never stop.
We’re not about perfect… we’re about showing up with heart, grit, and a whole lot of fun 💛
We’re taking this on in support of Our Kids, an incredible charity raising vital funds for paediatric equipment for the Children’s Ward and Special Care Nursery at Lismore Base Hospital, helping keep sick children local and close to home when they need care the most.

There is no creche in class and no carer so you are still responsible for your baby, toddler or child.

To those who are new here — welcome 🤍
I’m Chantal, the face behind .
By day I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Injury Rehab Consultant with over 13years in the industry.
By night I’m a mum of three, snack distributor, emotional support person & professional plate collector. I have a deep belief that mums deserve to feel strong, capable and supported in their bodies.
This space exists because I truly believe:
✨ movement should feel empowering, not punishing
✨ rehab, strength and motherhood can coexist
✨ you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after everyone else
✨ I understand that progress sometimes looks like just showing up
A few things about me you may not know:
🌸I train hard but value rest even more
🌸I’ll always choose country music in a workout
🌸I love simple food and simple routines
🌸I’m obsessed with helping women feel confident in their bodies again
🌸I genuinely love what I do — this is my passion, not just my job
This year I’m excited to:
✔️ continue building strong, resilient mums
✔️ support women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond
✔️ challenge myself physically (because strong leaders walk the talk)
✔️ create more balance between business, family and me
