We have been learning the spider guard of late and increasing the technical aspect of the position with sweeps and submissions from this position.

Continuing on with the basic principals on what works and what doesnt.

Students hitting great sweeps and submissions from this position in the rolling rounds at the end of the session was great to see as a coach 🤙

After the Gi class we had Coach Matt going through a technical escape from under half-guard to turning it into an offensive position by threatening an armbar and Choi bar.

Tenacity Jiu Jitsu is taking enrolements for all of our classes currently! If interested please send a PM for further information.
