Please remember to pack away your ovals after games/ training to ensure the teams following our Auskickers can get straight into what they need to do.

*RED * teams on set-up
- Year 1s and 2s please arrive by 7am on Sunday to assist with the setting up of all ovals.
- Set-up also includes making sure at the end of each session (Tuesdays for Pre-Primary) that ALL gear is packed away.

Byes - Grounds E and F will remain allocated, however teams on set-up will not be putting goals, bibs etc out.
If your team is allocated a bye and you wish to participate in your own grid game, you will be responsible for your own set up and pack down

This is to avoid grounds being set up unnecessarily.

***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED- CANTEEN***

We are desperately looking for volunteers for the canteen to help out this Sunday from 8am- 10:30am. On the til only, no food prep!

It’s quite disappointing that out of nearly 600 members, we have had no one willing to put their hand up to help out all season from Auskick. We currently have parents from Junior/ youth, seniors and even committee members jumping in to help out. Auskick is the only part of the club that isn’t.

Without volunteers from Auskick, the canteen will no longer be opening during Auskick hours on a Sunday.

If we can get volunteers willing to do some shifts, they can be later in the day so you don’t miss your child playing, it will ease the problem.

Would be amazing if we can get some people involved 😁 If you’d like to help out, please message the page or email [email protected] and we’ll point you in the right direction 👌🏻

***Gala Day Team Lists***

Pre-Primary teams have been merged into 2 teams due to low registration numbers, I have put a meeting point for all of you on the map below so you can all find each other and meet your teammates 😊

Jumpers will be provided for the players to wear. These are to be handed back BEFORE leaving the venue. Jumper numbers will be recorded against names, lost jumpers carry a fee of $50 to replace. Baldivis shorts and socks, where possible, should be worn to represent our club. Football boots are optional, as per our Auskick guidelines.

If you have registered, and your childs name is missing from the lists, please message the page or email [email protected] and we'll add them in 😊

Most importantly, have fun!!

Some FAQs for the evening:

- Teams will be evened up when numbers are outmatched.
- The rules will be very similar to the rules we play by for our grid games, don't stress about slight variations to these rules and focus on the kids having fun.
- Volunteers will be needed for goal umpire, its up to your teams if you would like to nominate one or two people for fruit and/ or lollies thats up to you.
- There is no need to hang around after your last game is complete, PPs are in the first half of the evening, Yr 1s are in the second.

Please remember to pre-order all individual shots and sibling photos using the link below before your scheduled photo day.

Players to be wearing club or red footy shorts and socks. We understand that not everyone has been able to buy socks due to lack of stock, please don’t stress if you haven’t been able to get these yet.

Sneakers to be worn, NO FOOTBALL BOOTS inside the club room please 😊
