Absolutely loving this first week back into training, giving it a red hot crack for some thing big at the end of the year 😤

One thing body building has re taught me is controlling the position of the movement. Ensuring my RIR is concurrent with mechanical AND strength failure.

Cannot wait to rip the skinn off of it and bring up my weak parts and be the strongest version of me šŸ«±šŸ»ā€šŸ«²šŸ¼

Upper day 1

- Lat pull downs 2 x 10
- DB row x 2 x 9
- CG bench press 4x4
- Seated machine press 3 x 10-12
- Overhead tricep extension 3.x 12
- Hammer curls 3 x 12-15

Just different promises each week.

And you keep thinking you need more information.

You don’t.

There’s more free fitness content than ever — that’s not the issue.

The issue is nothing actually changes when it’s just you.

No one sees the missed sessions you brush off.

No one hears the negotiations you win in your own head.

No one’s there when you say ā€œI’ll start again Mondayā€ for the 20th time.

So you stay stuck in the same loop: try, fall off, restart, repeat.

Self-coaching feels like control… but most of the time it’s just repetition with different intentions.

And that’s the uncomfortable truth.

You don’t need more info.

You need structure that doesn’t bend and accountability that isn’t just you.
