Absolutely loving this first week back into training, giving it a red hot crack for some thing big at the end of the year š¤
One thing body building has re taught me is controlling the position of the movement. Ensuring my RIR is concurrent with mechanical AND strength failure.
Cannot wait to rip the skinn off of it and bring up my weak parts and be the strongest version of me š«±š»āš«²š¼
Upper day 1
- Lat pull downs 2 x 10
- DB row x 2 x 9
- CG bench press 4x4
- Seated machine press 3 x 10-12
- Overhead tricep extension 3.x 12
- Hammer curls 3 x 12-15
