Hi followers its been a while but i finally got the mighty little Mazda off the trailer for a khana X at Nabiac hosted by Central North Coast Sporting Car Club last Saturday, this would be a test event to see if i have fixed some running gremlins that have been a problem for a little while. Well to my surprise it went very well (the driver was a little rusty) but had a great day with a great company/ competitors and finished 12 O/R & 1st in Class A
Thanks to every one who has helped with info to sort out the car, its now ready for more events soon.

Next event was the Don Xmas AutoX today 7/12/25 with not having any time to fix the Mazda from last event today was official duties again, while doin so i got dusty then wet and muddy, hot muggy all while doin the start line at the event.
All in all a great day was had by all another well organised event by the Hastings Sporting Car Club, then after the event presentation we had our HSCC Presso in which i got a big surprise in being handed the Club Champion Senior high point score.
A big thanks to everyone who has helped me this year to achieve this also thanks to all the car clubs and volunteers who have run all these great grassroot events that i’ve been to this year.

Oops i forgot to post the last event i done which was a S1 rallysprint at Awaba on 23/11/25. What a great venue and great little track had alot of fun, the little Mazda had a few issues theough the day which will be sorted out in the off season and i will be back, hopefully get a few more troops travelling down there with us.

Its been a busy couple of weeks with the first event being the double header at Dondingalong (Hastings Sporting Car Club) AutoX with Saturday The Short Don a very good event but after the last run of the day i discovered a hole in the radiator and idler arm bush had fell apart so that ended my 2 day event. Then it was a few beverages and a camp out under the stars was fantasic need to do it more often.
Sunday morning arrived up & add it got the Bacon & Eggs on the Bbq for the crew and everyone else to start The Longer Don, so a big deep breath & swallowed my pride it was on to do official duties for the day, it was a great day and fun was had by all.
Moving onto yesterdays Khana X at Eungai hosted by Kempsey Sporting Car Club, with my car still needing repairs i managed a works drive in Bella’s mighty Corolla with rally tyres added by Adz 👍 with hot dry conditions the pace was on well all except me with a WD in the first test and a flag in the third test it was hard to come back from there, it was a great day with great company.
A big thank you to HSCC & KSCC for putting on these events so we can all enjoy a play in the dirt
